Your Rights and Our GDPR Policy

SalesLogistix is strongly committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of prospects and customers. Any information you give to us will be kept confidential and will never be shared with others without your concent, even if we don't have a non-disclosure agreement in place.

This web site does not collect any personal information.  However, GoDaddy (our web hosting provider) and Google do collect information about your browsing session, including your IP address.  If you are concerned about how those services process and use your information, you should contact them.

Via email, you may have sent us contact information such as name, title, phone, company name, email address, and social network avatar.  All our emails are stored and processed by Google, and are stored on a single machine at our offices in the US. If you are a citizen of some country other than the US, you need to give us explicit permission to store and process your personal information in the US.  By voluntarily emailing your information to us, you gave us that permission.  You can opt out of being contacted by us, or ask that your personal information be totally expunged from our systems at any time, simply by clicking here

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we have about you.  To make such a request, simply click here.  Note that your information will be sent through Google's email servers unless you explicitly request hard copy to be sent by post.

The GDPR gives you the right to be notified of a security breach that may have effected your data. If Google or GoDaddy notifies us of such a breach, or if we know that our machine has been breached, we will send you notification of that via email and we will post it prominently on this page.

We will not share your personal Information with any third parties without your permission. However, we may have to disclose your personal Information to third parties in cases where we believe that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with a legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order; or (2) protect and defend the rights or property of SalesLogistix; or (3) enforce our license and services agreement.

Any questions regarding this GDPR Policy should be directed to our webmaster, who will respond promptly. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.
