Bug Report

If you've discovered an anomaly in Lead JunQue or ChangeControl, we want to hear about it so we can make improvements as soon as we can. In some cases, that may be a couple of weeks...in others, a while longer. It's a free product: if you want a bug fixed right away, contact us about real support.

In any case, send us a mail covering the following details:

Which product are you using
The version of SFDC you run (Unlimited or Enterprise)
The browser you are using (if Firefox, make sure to list which add-ins you use)
The page the failure is occurring on (email us the URLs)
Description of the symptom(s), how you made them occur, and how repeatable they are
Your email and phone number.
